These units are sold to suit the contractor’s individual needs. The Bron Self Propelled Drainage Plows have more options than any other Self Propelled Drainage Plow on the market today.
The BRON 550 has upped its horsepower to 525, while still maintaining the 5.2psi ground pressure. This allows the operator to tackle very tough soil conditions without destroying everything in its path. The BRON 550 comes with a BRON 750 double link drainage plow.

PLOW DESIGN
BRON’s attention to detail makes their plows cut through the ground as efficiently as possible.
With BRON’s replaceable tip and bottom wear plates; you only need to replace the specific high-wear points and not the entire blade, keeping your maintenance costs low.
Making it quick and easy to set the plow depth with the depth adjustment, BRON plows have been designed with efficiency in mind. With the standard hydraulic depth adjustment the operator can quickly adjust the plow depth without manual interference.
The easy access grease points ensure that the joints are evenly lubricated making maintenance quick, keeping your machine in top condition.
When changing tile sizes, BRON’s quick detach chutes reduce your down time.
CAB DESIGN
BRON offers the largest most refined operator cab in the business. Focusing on operator visibility which is critically important for safety and accuracy. The exclusive sloped hood and full-length windows provide a 350-degree line of sight, beyond an 8’ distance.
With BRON’s unique ’reversed’ engine placement it created a new exclusive sloped hood design. The sharply angled design allows for greater visibility and dramatically reduces the operator’s front blind spot.
With numerous trademark features, BRON tractor cabs add comfort and ease-of-use to everything from fingertip steering controls to a highback air ride swivel seat to heat and A/C climate control. Inside there’s a spot for everything, keeping your instruments always in sight and within reach.
The locking doors on both sides of the cab ensure your equipment is protected against would be intruders.
Installed for GPS systems and other electronics is a 12V DC charging system providing the right power for all your instruments.
Work through any weather with clear visibility using the intermittent front windshield wiper.

On-Board Reel & Tile Cutter/Crusher
The on-board reel provides consistent tile delivery in the tile puller to the power feeder, allowing operators to work more efficiently. When conditions are wet the on board reel eliminates the need for a tractor and stringer trailer as well as the need of additional labor. Every aspect of the on-board reel is designed for ease-of-use. When you're ready to move locations, the reel easily collapses for narrow highway travel. The addition of a cutter/crusher chute attachment you can increase your efficiency and eliminate the need for end caps.
Telescoping Tracks
To avoid obstacles or traveling over prenipped soil, Bron offers telescoping tracks that keep the machine "light on its feet." The telescoping tracks have a 2-foot lateral movement that lets you expand your tracks to a wide stance or contract to a narrow stance. A feature not offered by all manufacturers.
Oscillating Track Frame
The oscillating track frame makes the ride smooth and continuous traction. The rear pivoting oscillating track frame lets you create a smooth ride no matter the grade of the land. An oscillating frame allows the left and right tracks to work at different levels, keeping the cab and plow even. Custom, purpose built in-house by Bron for all tractors. A feature not offered by all manufacturers.
Self-leveling Hydraulic Main Frame
Maintaining a level plow is crucial for achieving on grade installation and the self-leveling hydraulics make this easy. Designed to keep the plow vertical, the automatic system constantly monitors and adjusts the tilt cylinders, of the tractor depending on land contour. You no longer need to rely on a T.A.C. and side loading of the blade is all but eliminated. Increasing productivity and reducing fuel consumption.
Power Feeder
Improve your plowing performance with greater consistency in laying tile with the assistance of the power feeder. This valued feature ensures the tile 2"-8"feeds into the chute properly, without damage and with less labor. Over stretching of the tile that leads to premature failure will not be an issue any more.
Mud Cleats
Get through with the added traction of mud cleats, increasing traction depth and giving you power to make it to dry land. The deep mud cleats let you decide when you're ready to work - not the weather. Available bolt on or weld on grouser extensions.
